Tailor Made Software have developed many in-house procedures to ensure that all the software we produce is developed to the highest standards, and tested to be as bug free as possible upon delivery

Although we do not have BS5750 / ISO 9000 accreditation we have been audited and approved as suppliers to companies that operate to the above quality standards.

Guarantee

Unlike most IT companies Tailor Made Software guarantee that any program we write will work as specified. Any errors that do slip through are fixed free of charge, under guarantee. We normally supply corrections by the next working day, and can distribute program updates by modem or email, for immediate effect.
