The single most important requirement when buying bespoke software is that the software house is reliable, and is still trading in the future when you need to have an obscure error fixed, or an essential new feature added. Without continued support bespoke software is a time bomb waiting to go off.

Tailor Made Software provide free initial support, and charge reasonable rates (usually 15% PA of the software cost) thereafter. We fully understand the vital nature of support, and take the job very seriously.
