Written Specification
Unless a written specification is agreed, how can you ensure
that the software will fulfil your requirements? Tailor
Made Software always produce a full proposal with a
description of the program to be implemented, which will
describe the business functions to be programmed.
Note that we do not expect the customer to be an expert
in software specification, and we are happy to make small
changes and additions to the program during implementation.
